      I Love My Bike

      Decades ago I rode a bike all time. Then at some point in my 30's I just stopped and went to driving a car for everything. Now I'm approaching 50 and I decided to ditch the car and give a bike a go again. I wanted an e-bike so I don't get to the office too worn out and sweaty on hot summer days. The Felix fit the bill perfectly. It's stylish but functional. This bike isn't exactly built for speed but comfort is more important for me and the Felix has that in spades. All the components feel high quality and I appreciate that this bike has everything I need for commuting. Good quality kickstand, front and back lights, and a cargo rack all built in. I'm also a tall guy and the large frame size feels comfortable to ride.

      The electric assist is exactly what I want. Just enough assist to get me up hills with ease but it still feels like I'm riding a bike. I get about three rides (ten miles round trip) and the battery has about 1/3rd of the power left in it when I plug it in to charge. I ride on the highest setting most of the time. If I rode on the lower settings I'm sure I'd get much more. Charging the removable battery at my desk at work is no big deal. I do wish the battery had a handle to carry it a little easier after I remove it from the bike, but that is just nit picking honestly. Not the end of the world by any means. The control box is simple to operate and read at a distance during a ride. Perfect. Simplicity is the way to go here.

      In short, I really love this bike and I wish I would have started riding a bike again ten years ago. I feel like I have more energy and I'm sleeping much better. So thank you Linus for the great product!
