LINUS RECALLS CESTA 500 AND ERO 500 DUE TO FALL AND INJURY HAZARD

This is voluntary recall that effects Cesta 500 and Ero 500 ebikes purchased between January 1, 2020 and October 18, 2022, with a serial number within the following ranges:
- LXD20100231-LXD20100315
- LXD20100316-LXD20100395
- LXD20100396-LXD20100420
- LXD20100686- LXD20100830
- LXD20100956- LXD20101060
The serial number is visible on the underside of the bottom bracket.

Description:
This recall applies to Cesta 500 and Ero 500 ebikes purchased between 1 January 2020 and 18 October 2022, with a serial number within the following ranges:
- LXD20100231-LXD20100315
- LXD20100316-LXD20100395
- LXD20100396-LXD20100420
- LXD20100686- LXD20100830
- LXD20100956- LXD20101060
Hazard:
The front fork on the bicycles can crack after extended use, posing fall and injury hazards.
Remedy:
Replacement of fork
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact your Linus dealer to schedule a fork replacement. If you don’t have a Linus dealer, please contact Linus customer service assistance at customerservice@linusbike.com (310) 822-7722.
