When will you have the item(s) I’m interested in back in stock?
Anything currently out of stock on the website will be made available by mid-February, 2017. You can sign up for alerts for the out of stock items on the product page of the item you’re interested in. Select the color/size of the item that’s out of stock, click the “Notify Me” button that will pop up on the right-hand side, and enter your email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the item is back in stock and ready to order.
Your website says you are out of stock of a certain item. Do you have it in stock in your San Francisco and Los Angeles Showrooms?

Do you know which bike shops in the Linus distribution network have stock of an item that is currently sold out available on the website?
Unfortunately, Linus Bike does not have access to the inventory of the independent bike shops in our distribution network. You can use our Dealer Locator to check in with them directly.
Do you have the item I want in a certain color/size?
Linus’s current inventory availability is as indicated on our website. If you’re interested in an older model of a product that had other sizing and/or color options, we highly recommend you reach out to bike shops in your area to see if they still have those items in stock. Depending on when those items were discontinued (it happens every once in a while), we’ve had tons of customers locate what they’re interested in that way.
Your Dealer Locator isn’t working for me, can you please tell me which bike shops in the Linus distribution network are in my area?
Our website currently works best on current Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers on desktop or laptop computers. If you’ve tried this means of pulling up dealer information and are still unable to get the information you need, shoot us a message including your zip code and we’ll send you a list.
